■ Chris and Katie are always thinking/talking about numbers size and considering <br /> the size as it relates to planning <br /> ■ Consideration of resources is always part of the conversation as Leadership looks <br /> to manage capacity <br /> How to increase engagement in the Innovation Plan conversation across the community? <br /> • Beth —providing forums that are more open for people to talk, so bringing back coffee and face- <br /> to-face options. <br /> • Carrie—maybe quick "pulse check mobile survey' out in the crowds of parents waiting to pick <br /> up kids at close of school day ...consider new creative ways to engage feedback. <br /> • Dan —survey participation is low, but if people do not take/do not speak up then maybe parents <br /> are not feeling any issues and hence why they do not reply. <br /> • Dan —it might be helpful to align survey asks with other events going on i.e. when parents come <br /> to teacher/parent conferences. <br /> • Lisa —use QR code vs email survey <br /> Final Comments on the Innovation Plan deck <br /> • Chris—currently the plan is very abstract, but as the team navigates this new approach of <br /> planning the district is trying to show the process as they go, so over time this abstract <br /> plan/concept will become more concrete. <br /> • Motion to adjourned put forward by Chris seconded by Beth all in favor Dan, Katie, Carrie, and <br /> Lisa <br />
