F. , by Chairman Lewis a . Hoyt, with the <br /> followin7 members in attendance : <br /> Lewis L. uoyt, Chairman <br /> Ronald D. Broom George '?ynes <br /> Thacher Denney TRchael J. Fookkins <br /> J. Milton Brown Raymond L. Thite, <br /> Town Accountant <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of December 10, 1945. <br /> The minutes of the meetsng of December 10, 1945 <br /> having been mailed to each member - were approved by the <br /> Committee. <br /> Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt stated that there was to <br /> be a special Town Meeting on the 28th of December, 1945. <br /> He read the Appro,lri_ation Report written for the Town Meeting <br /> members as regards the special Town Meeting. The amount to <br /> be asked for Snow Removal- is not known, but the Secret ry <br /> feels that the sum of )10,000.00 should be appropriated, <br /> and "';`.500.00 appropriated for Public V.elfare. <br /> A- motion was made, seconded and voted that the <br /> sums of $10, 000.00 for Snow Removal and X500.00 for Old Age <br /> Assistance be approved and transferred from the Excess and <br /> Deficiency Account. <br /> At 7:55 P.''. , the School Committee was admitted <br /> to this meeting. Members present were Ruth Morey, Tracy <br /> Ames, L. 'Webster Thomas and Thomas S. Grindle, Superintendent <br /> of Schools. <br /> r"r. Ames started to discuss the Personal Servi ces <br /> Budget. Fe stated that there was about a l2increase in <br /> same. <br />
