Hoyt, with the <br /> following members in attendance : <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman <br /> Fred C . Newhall Harvey F. Winlock <br /> Ronald D. Brown George M. Hynes <br /> Thacher Janney Michael J. Hopkins <br /> J. Milton Brown Jasper A. Lane <br /> Raymond L. White, <br /> Town Accountant. <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of November 26, 1945. <br /> The minutes of the meeting of November 26, 1945 - <br /> having been mailed to each member - were approved by the <br /> Committee . <br /> Chairman Lewis L. Hoyt said that he had been giving <br /> a little thou-ht to salaries since the last meeting, and had <br /> prepared a letter vrhich he thought vnuld be good to send to <br /> the Board of Selectmen at this time. The letter is as <br /> follows : <br /> 'The following is an informative statement, and <br /> is not a recommendation of the Appropriation Committee : <br /> Schools : - Have their Twn salary schedule which is <br /> largely governed by the program submitted and approved by <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> T_ibraries : - Have a new salary schedule which was <br /> incorporated in their budget last year, and approved by <br /> Torn Meeting. <br /> Fire and Police: - They obtained a new schedule last <br /> year and there are no increases in either except in the <br /> case of a Military Substitute. <br />
