McSweeney <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be authorized to acquire by purchase, eminent <br /> domain or otherwise the land shown as Lot 2 on a plan entitled "Compiled <br /> Subdivision Plan of Land in Lexington,MA(Middlesex County)"recorded as Plan <br /> No. 1324 of 1996 in the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, said land being <br /> located at the end of Spencer Street and being now or formerly of Augusta, for <br /> municipal purposes, and to appropriate$1.00 therefor which shall be raised in the <br /> tax levy. <br /> 8:44 p.m. Leo McSweeney, Board of Selectmen, stated unanimous support <br /> of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 8:45 p.m. Richard Canale, Planning Board, stated unanimous support of the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> 8:45 p.m. Paul Lapointe,Appropriation Committee, stated unanimous support <br /> of the Appropriations Committee. <br /> The Moderator stated that as the article requires a two-thirds vote,if the vote is not <br /> unanimous then a standing vote will be taken. Following a voice vote at 8:45 p.m., <br /> the Moderator declared unanimous adoption of the motion. <br /> ARTICLE 30: USE OF DRIVEWAY ON GRANDVIEW AVENUE <br /> 8:45 p.m. Presented by Selectman McSweeney. <br /> MOTION: That the Selectmen be and they hereby are authorized to grant <br /> a permanent easement to The Lebeau Family Trust to continue to use the <br /> existing portion of their driveway located at 19 Grandview Avenue that <br /> extends onto Lot 14D shown on Assessor's Property Map 51 for one dollar <br /> and on such other terms as the Selectmen may determine. <br />
