Minutes of meeting held on June 9, 1971 - page 2 <br /> repairs to the roof at Bowman School, as follows: <br /> Removal and Disposal $ 35,000. <br /> Insulation 15,000. <br /> Roof covering 45,000. <br /> Roof drain & expansion joint flashing, etc . 10,000. <br /> 1105,000. <br /> Plus 1064 for plans, specs, bidding and <br /> supervision and $500. for reproduction <br /> and miscellaneous $$116,000. <br /> in Mr. Taylor stated that they are going out for bids now, and that it <br /> will be about a month before bids are in. <br /> Discussion on Articles: <br /> Article #2 The Selectmen would like to present a favorable <br /> motion-of 44000000.4120 000. on the tax levy <br /> and balance bonded for 4-5 years. Approps. <br /> still recommends unfavorable action. <br /> Article #8 Bowman School roof-Approps . still recommends- <br /> postpone to time certain. <br /> Article #9 Repair to High School due to fire-Approps. <br /> still recommends-postpone to time certain. <br /> Article #11 Amendment to Town Manager Act-upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, it was VOTED to <br /> recommend Unfavorable Action. <br /> The next meeting night is scheduled at 7:15 P.M., on Monday, <br /> June 14, 1971. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M., to attend the Warrant Informa- <br /> tion. meeting. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Elizabeth M.
