PLANKING BOARD <br /> Eric Clarke stated that there was not much progress <br /> made on the$10,000 study so far. Results of this <br /> study will not be available before the closing of <br /> the warrant Mr. Clarke said. The answer we hope <br /> to obtain from this study is what kind of recreation <br /> facilities the Town wants and needs. The survey, in <br /> my opinion, will meet the future needs of the Town, <br /> Mr. Briggs said. <br /> Four Planning Board Areas <br /> 1. In house parking study in the center - $2,000 <br /> 2. moving of post office? <br /> 3. updating master plan (Metcalf & Eddy) - $25, 000 <br /> 4. wetland zoning - professional help may be <br /> necessary here . <br /> Chairman Furash stated that he felt we should get <br /> a start here on some of these areas.
