-2- <br /> ARTICLE 6 ARCHITECTURAL STUDY, SCHOOL BUILDINGS <br /> Amount Requested - $60,000 <br /> A study of school and municipal buildings for rehabilitation has been embarked <br /> upon through the aegis of the Permanent Building Committee. The Committee has <br /> determined working with the School Committee and the Selectmen that it is better <br /> T7 b to segregate the schools for study purposes because of the scope of the work to <br /> be done recognizing that there is also going to be a new school configuration <br /> for the educational program. The separation of the schools allows for 70% --- <br /> reimbursement for this study. A program for recommended improvements, for school <br /> and Town buildings will be submitted to the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> ARTICLE 7 PINE MEADOWS GOLF COURSE <br /> The Board of Selectmen have voted to take this property. The financial <br /> committees are supportive of this effort. This article has been reserved for <br /> any technical corrections that might be necessary to support the taking. <br /> ARTICLE 8 MORROW CROSSING <br /> Agreement with the developer of Morrow Crossing to provide two units of assisted <br /> c apj., housing has resulted in agreement for acquiring property on Bedford Street (two <br /> family dwelling) to implement this commitment. The Town will pay $120,000 from <br /> Article 64 of 1984. <br /> ARTICLE 9 FOOTWAY, DUNBACK MEADOW CONSERVATION LAND <br /> (See Planning Board Explanation) <br /> ARTICLE 10 EMERALD STREET LOTS <br /> • <br /> Technical correction for title purposes. <br /> • ARTICLE 11 DISSOLVING COMMITTEES <br /> Committee projects completed.
