Ms. Saunders stated that the anticipated project <br /> completion will take 1-2 weeks (site specific) and will be completed by an On-Call <br /> Contractor. <br /> Questions from the Commission: <br /> — Will silt sack protection and erosion control be implemented? <br /> — Is there significant vegetation removal? Or a restoration plan? <br /> Responses from the Representative: <br /> — There does not appear to be a catch basin within the plan limits; however the next <br /> catch basin downstream will be protected. <br /> — There will be some clearing about five feet back to create the sidewalk. Loam and <br /> seed mix will be placed behind the sidewalk and grass will establish any areas that <br /> have been disturbed. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Ms. Samuels, the Commission voted 6-0 by <br /> roll call vote to issue a Negative Determination with conditions. <br />
