<br />Paul Kalous presented the Hill International proposal to the Committee Members. <br />include a website for this portion of the project for information and it will <br />contain deliverables, meeting reports and minutes. <br /> to be broken down and tracked for each school building /site. <br /> <br />Motion to own Manager (Charles, <br />Dick) The Motion was approved 6-0 <br /> <br />4. PROJECT UPDATE <br /> <br />Donna DiNisco shared that they have met with many town and school department staff and are <br />trying to understand all of the varying different departments and programs. <br />Donna stated that DiNisco will follow up with the Conservation Commission and the Parks and <br />Recreation Department regarding wetlands on all of the sites with the exception of the Fiske <br />Elementary School. <br />Donna shared that it is important to find out what will happen with the Pre-K because several of <br />the projects depend on that decision. <br />Judy Crocker, School Committee Member shared that on April 29 the School Committee will <br />have a presentation from Maureen Kavanagh and redistricting will be discussed. <br />Angel Khazadian shared they are exploring possibilities at Diamond that keep the current <br />portables in place while a brick and mortar addition is being built. The old prefabs would then <br />be removed. <br /> <br />The Consultants left meeting at 8:03 p.m. <br /> <br />5. Visitors Center. <br />PBC discussed appointing two members to participate in the RFQ process and architect <br />selection. Eric Brown and Dick Perry and Lee Noel Chase all volunteered. <br /> <br />Motion to Appoint Lee Noel Chase and Dick Perry as Appointees to Visitors Center (Jon, Chuck) The <br />Motion was approved 6-0 <br /> <br />5. General Business <br />Mark Barrett requested that the Members approve the outstanding meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Motion to approve meeting minutes dated October 9, 2014, November 13, 2014, December 11, 2014, <br />January 8, 2015 and March 12, 2015, as amended (Eric, Dick) The Motion was approved 6-0 <br /> <br />Mark Barrett reminded the Members that they need to complete the mandatory online Ethics Training. <br /> <br /> <br />6. Westview Cemetery Building <br />Mark Barrett reported that Town Meeting funded $35,000 to do a study to repair the small <br />building in the cemetery. The DPF is going to work on hiring the architect for the evaluation <br />and wanted to know if the PBC was interested in participating in this project. <br />After a short discussion, it was agreed that the project did not need PBC representatives at this <br />time. <br />PBC Meeting 04.16.15 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
