Hearing – 66 Munroe Road, NOI <br /> DEP# 201-946, BL 904 <br /> Applicant: Ying Chen <br />Raze and rebuild a single-family dwelling and paved driveway within the 100- <br />foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland <br />Present for the Applicant: Rich Kirby, LEC Environmental Consultants and Ying <br />Chen, Homeowner <br /> <br />Mr. Kirby presented the revised plan and explained the proposed work versus the <br />existing conditions. The shed will be removed from the 25-foot buffer zone. <br /> <br /> Comments from the Commission as follows: <br />Ms. Miller read the additional information needed from the previous hearing. <br />Mr. Wolk asked the basement floor elevation and estimated seasonal high <br />groundwater level. Mr. Kirby replied that the basement floor is 2 feet above the <br />seasonal high groundwater level. Ms. Miller read the engineering report which <br />states, “This plan was modified to move the proposed construction away from the <br />sewer easement. It appears that the modification is sufficient to protect the <br />easement and the pipe. A small amount of grading takes place on the easement <br />and can be permitted. The revisions do not affect the drainage calculations. Ms. <br /> <br />
