Mr. Novak gave an explanation of the deviations from <br />the original approved plan and as-built. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hamilton asked if the changes came in front of the Commission for approval. <br />Mr. Wolk asked how the applicant capped the pipes that are in-letting to the <br />wetland drain. The applicant used a cap/sleeve. The Commission questioned the <br />mowing of the area in which the restoration took place. Gregory Matteosian, <br />homeowner, commented on the addition of 20 trees and 64 plants. Mr. <br />Matteosian stated the outlet pipe from the wetland drain crosses under the <br />driveway and reconnects into the catch basin. Mr. Wolk suggested collecting <br />factual data via a snake. The retaining walls will be <br />designed by a structural engineer. <br /> <br />Comments from the Commission as follows: <br />Ms. Miller read the engineering report which stated, β€œThe latest revision provides <br />infiltration structures to handle the runoff from the new proposed paved roadway. <br />The calculations appear to be correct. No revisions suggested by Engineering. <br />Final recommended condition is that a professional engineer be retained to <br />prepare as-built drawings as the site work progresses. Changes noted as the work <br />progresses must be brought to the attention of the commission or designee. <br />Contractor must provide runoff control during construction.” <br /> <br />Jeff Kwass of 4 Oakmount Circle asked if the road would widen due to the <br />Planning Board decision.
