Lexington Council for the Arts <br />2 <br />Approved Meeting Minutes – April 14, 2014 <br />New Business <br />Jean Hart presented the PR work that she does for the LACS. <br />Old Business <br />Open Studios & LCC Grantee Reception <br />A very nice article was written by Jean Hart and submitted to the Minuteman newspaper for <br />printing. It included a review of the reception and listing of the 2014 grant recipients. <br />Website <br />Diana approached the town to figure out how we receive credit card donations, but did not have a <br />reply at this time and will continue to investigate this donation option. <br />Zoe updated the web page to include where to send monies for donating. <br />Fundraising <br />Zoe to look into forming a sub-committee for fundraising campaign, which will include such <br />things as a donation envelope into the water bill, etc. Zoe will lead discussions at the next <br />meeting about fundraising planning. <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />Page 2 <br />
