As part of this master planning effort, the Munroe Center for the Arts provided the <br />Committee team with an updated breakdown of space usage in the facility. As part of <br />that update, the Center stated that it was envisioning two capital projects: conversion <br />to gas heat and reconstruction of the driveway and parking lot. <br />Recent Action <br />The 2008 Annual Town Meeting approved $579,550 of CPF cash to ensure full <br />funding was available to correct the fire detection and suppression system.
