The Emergency Risk Community Plan, The Health Emergency Operating Plan and the Health Emergency Contact List. There needs to be a commitment to have these plans updated as well. He is happy with the EDS Plan but the consistency of all plans is important and all should be updated. Chair Heiger-Bernays agreed with Mr. Flynn about having the 3 other reference plans updated. He said the contact list is an appendix to the EDS Plan, and does not affect voting on the plan. But noted the contact list is not complete, there are many blank contacts, including his own contact information that is available and has been available. The incomplete list needs to be addressed.
