The <br /> Emergency Risk Community Plan, The Health Emergency Operating Plan and the Health <br /> Emergency Contact List. There needs to be a commitment to have these plans updated as well. <br /> He is happy with the EDS Plan but the consistency of all plans is important and all should be <br /> updated. <br /> Chair Heiger-Bernays agreed with Mr. Flynn about having the 3 other reference plans updated. <br /> The first should be the Emergency Risk Community Plan. She does not know who would be <br /> revising the other plans, and asked Mr. Perry to find out who and report back next month to the <br /> board. <br /> Mr. Flynn stated an assessment of what work needs to be done to update the 3 references plans. <br /> Dr. Perlmutter was an appointed member on the Town EDS Committee, he never missed a <br /> meeting. Some of the plan was being directed at the current Pandemic. He applauded Ms. <br /> Chapell's work and Chief Sencabaugh and other on the committee for a work done. He said the <br /> contact list is an appendix to the EDS Plan, and does not affect voting on the plan. But noted the <br /> contact list is not complete, there are many blank contacts, including his own contact information <br /> that is available and has been available. The incomplete list needs to be addressed. He is in <br /> support of the EDS Plan. <br /> Dr. Geller had no questions. He stated this was a great undertaking and the plan is one of the <br /> best EDS Plans he has ever looked at. <br /> Mr. Flynn made a motion to accept the EDS Plan. Dr. Geller seconded. Call Vote: Flynn - <br /> Yes, Perlmutter—Yes, Geller—Yes, Heiger-Bernays—Yes. Motion carried 4 to 0. <br /> Chair Heiger-Bernays acknowledged the work of board member Susan Wolf-Fordham's work on <br /> the EDS Plan, ensuring that the plan meets ADA Rules and Regulations, with special attention to <br /> updates to the language in the document. All issues of people with special needs are addressed <br /> in the document. <br /> VII.
