Deborah Manger responded to questions from members regarding indefinite <br /> postponement and future year's projects. <br /> Members continued to speak in support and opposition to indefinite <br /> postponement, questioning municipal building renovation priorities, cost for <br /> proposed Cary Memorial Building renovations,planning process, funding <br /> availability, and scope of modifications. <br /> 9:34 p.m. Substitute Motion under Article 8,part c, Not Adopted. <br /> 9:35 p.m. Article 8,part C, discussion continued.
