Since at press time we have not been presented with a specific proposed agreement that has <br />been accepted by both the Board of Selectmen and by representatives of Vistaprint, we are not able to <br />address the article in this report. A subsequent report will be issued if a proposal is actually brought to Town <br />Meeting. <br />The Committee has not taken a position on this Article as of publication. <br />12 <br />
