# Lexington Housing Partnership <br />5. Community Preservation Committee <br />The LHP needs to designate a member to the CPC to replace Ms. Weiss, who has resigned. The <br />LHP deferred action on the designation until its next meeting. <br />6. Recognition of Ken Kreutziger <br />Ms. Kluchman presented a certificate of appreciation from the LHP to Mr. Kreutziger. Ms. <br />Kluchman also presented to Mr. Kreutziger a proclamation from the Board of Selectmen <br />recognizing Mr. Kreutziger's contributions to affordable housing in the community of Lexington. <br />Mr. Kreutziger thanked the LHP and encouraged the LHP to continue its efforts on behalf of <br />affordable housing, particularly with respect to the Scottish Rite lands. Mr. Kreutziger is on the <br />Board of Metrowest Collaborative Development and will continue his work in support of <br />affordable housing in that venue. <br />The LHP then shared its own words of thanks and appreciation with Mr. Kreutziger. Mr. <br />Kreutziger reiterated his thanks and his appreciation to the LHP. <br />7. Motion to Adjourn <br />Ms. Marine moved to adjourn the meeting. Ms. Cohen seconded. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />
