• Ryan received an article from Peter Kelley regarding acknowledgment of <br />POWs and MIAs at various events honoring veterans. A motion was made to <br />acknowledge POWs and MIAs at Monday, November 12, 2012's Veterans' <br />Day ceremony, and the motion was passed and accepted. The committee <br />discussed how the acknowledgment should be done. Suzie will ask Ryan for <br />suggestions. <br />• One contestant has confirmed that she will be available on Monday to read <br />her essay. Suzie is still trying to reach the other two. <br />Patriots' Day 2013 Update <br />• Sue Rockwell wants the chief marshal selection to be inclusive. <br />• Committee received five more applications.
