• Assign someone to count attendees. <br />• Regarding food — <br />• Neillio's provided food of 150 people. <br />• Bill Mix suggested that the food be served on warm plates. <br />• There was one tray of potatoes left over. <br />• All coffee was used (both Niellio's and what we provided); provide more. <br />• Three bottles of juice were used. <br />• Provide more syrup. <br />• Be sure to announce that coffee is self- service between 8 — 8:30 am; <br />during breakfast, have coffee carafes available at each table. <br />• Suggestions for next year — <br />• Recognize each service branch. <br />• Begin fund - raising early. <br />• Door prizes were provided by the following — <br />• Alexander's Pizza, $25 certificate <br />• Chamber of Commerce, $25 certificate <br />• Round of golf for four at Stone Meadow Golf Course <br />• An overnight stay at the Element Hotel <br />• An overnight stay at Aloft Hotel <br />• A watercolor painting of your home by Sondra Lucente <br />• Stop and Shop, $20 certificate <br />• Wagon Wheel, fruit and candy basket <br />Veterans' Day 2012 Update <br />• Suzie recapped the parade logistics. The new loop should take 45 minutes to <br />walk. <br />• Forecast is for good weather. <br />• Suzie Barry, Bob Tracey, Wayne Miller, Jo -Anne Granger and Linda Dixon will <br />be at the parade; Julie Miller and Dick Crogan will set up at Cary Hall. <br />• Fifteen remaining cards from the breakfast (prepared by the elementary <br />children for the veterans) will be distributed to veterans at Cary Hall. <br />• Suzie would like to hang buntings in Cary Hall for the ceremony. <br />• Ryan Lennon will lead guests in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />• William Diamond Fife and Drum will be invited to play the Battle Hymn of <br />the Republic. <br />2 <br />
