Mr. Galaitsis said that unless the Board offers some specific suggestions, residents may have little to comment on at this point; therefore, he suggested providing a list of generic or envisioned traffic mitigations. ******************************* BOARD MEMBER REPORTS*************************** Mr. Canale said Jim Gallagher from MAPC was coming on July 9 to speak with the Planning Board. Mr. Canale spoke with the Burlington Planning Board and found that their base FAR is .15, but can increase to .4 with certain conditions. They are currently trying to write a TDM policy.
