<br />Town of Lexington <br />Center Streetscape Design Review Ad Hoc Committee <br />Thursday, January 19, 2017 <br />Parker Room, Lexington Town Hall <br />8:00 AM to 10 AM <br />Minutes <br />Attendees: <br />Committee Members: Committee Chair Howard Levin, Victoria Buckley <br />(Disability Commission), Anne L. Eccles (HDC), Margaret Enders (Bicycle <br />Advisory), John Frey (Tree Comm.), Jonathan A. Himmel (Tourism), Wendall <br />Kalsow (Historic Commission), Timothy Lee (Design Advisory), Pamela F. <br />Shadley (Center Comm.). Liaisons; David Wells (Historical Society), Fred <br />Johnson (Chamber) <br />Invitees: David Pinsonneault (DPW), <br />Chair Howard Levin called the meeting to order at 8:02AM. Howard thanked <br />everyone who pitched in on drafting the Report. <br />The Minutes of the November 22 and December 6 meetings were approved. Mr. <br />Levin indicated he would follow-up to locate the December 15, 2016 minutes. <br />Changes and corrections made to the final Report to the Board of Selectmen were <br />reviewed and approved, and final revisions to the Executive Summary and other <br />corrections were discussed and unanimously approved. Mr. Levin was authorized <br />to submit the final Report to the Board of Selectmen, including the Minority <br />Report. <br />Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti (Planning Board) called in to confirm her continued <br />support of the full report. <br />Howard thanked everyone again for their participation and hard work on the Ad <br />Hoc Committee. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:05 <br />1 <br />
