PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF MARCH 28, 2012
A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was posted for 6:00 p.m. in the Planning Office but
was not called to order until the start of the Town Meeting session at Cary Hall at 7:30 p.m. by
Chairman Richard Canale with members Greg Zurlo, Wendy Manz, Michelle Ciccolo and
Charles Hornig and planning staff Aaron Henry and Maryann McCall-Taylor present.

TOWN MEETING ARTICLES 35-7
Mr. Canale gave the Planning Board report under Article 2 on Articles 35-37. Town Meeting
members discussed the articles and voted favorably on Articles 35 and 36. An amendment to
Article 37 was proposed by Mr. Dan Fenn. It would have sent the article back to the Planning
Board for further study and extended public outreach. The Planning Board voted 5-0 to
recommend unfavorable action on the amendment. The amendment was defeated, as was later
the main motion.
The session of Town Meeting was adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
