Discussion of Estabrook PCB Issue and Special Town Meeting
Discussion of CPA State Match and Accounting. Match came through as $80K less than expected. That
will be balanced against the Undesignated Fund Balance in the CPF. We have incurred legal costs for
acquisition of Busa and Cotton Farms exceeding our estimates: $72K. Special Town Meeting will have
an article for appropriating supplemental CPA funds. Cotton Farm has still not been closed on.
Discussion of David Kanter and Eph Weiss's proposed Code of Lexington By -law amendment
regarding Town Meeting procedures related to Reconsidering & Reopening.
Motion: Endorse the concept of the by -law change as proposed (3:0 in favor, David Kanter abstaining).
Discussion of Clerk's Office Capital Requests
