1 Requests from Human Services Coordinator
a Fund members voted to pay a one month's security deposit for Kathy Pellegrino for her
residence at Katandin Woods provided that there is agreement that the Fund be paid back.
b. Fund members decided to wait on any action until Town Counsel advises as to the
Town's liability and whether the Fund should consider payment for dentures in the
amount of$1,870
2 It was voted to approve reimbursement to the East Village Blooming Flower Barrel Program
for the 2001 planting in the amount of$1,100 Fund Board members also asked that the
Association be asked to submit their request before purchasing the plantings for next year
3 Board members discussed sending out the next solicitation letter and felt a good time would
be right after the Thanksgiving Holiday
