Present: Dawn McKenna, Richard Pagett, David Walsh, and Michael Novack, Human
Services Coordinator
1. Human Services Report — Michael Novack presented his report for the period September
28 through November 30, 2004. The Board decided not to provide any further assistance
to BB or LB
2. Other Issues:
a. Food Pantry — Mrs. McKenna contacted, they would appreciate gifts in June.
They will also refer us people who may need additional assistance.
b. Fund Solicitation — Chairman to send letter to the Minuteman, Colonial Times
and to citizens in the same manner as in previous years.
3. Requests: Lexington Reads —voted to give $1,500 for books only to provide some copies
for individuals who can't afford to purchase (Sundial Books and Library Collection)
4. Approved the minutes for September 28, 2004, as corrected
Next Meeting: Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Office
