PLANNING BOARD MINUTES
MEETING OF MARCH 26, 2012
A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Planning Office, was called to
order at 6:10 p.m. by Chairman Richard Canale with members Greg Zurlo, Wendy Manz,
Michelle Ciccolo and Charles Hornig and planning staff Aaron Henry and Maryann McCall-
Taylor present.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Inn at Hastings Park, 2013 and 2027 Massachusetts Avenue
Mr. Canale called the
continued public hearing to order at 6:10 p.m. with three people in the audience. The petitioners
Trish Perez Kennealy and Louis Kennealy were present. There was no discussion of the
application except for the schedule that would have to be adhered to so as to have the article
brought to Town Meeting on April 30. By a vote of 5-0, it was voted to continue the public
hearing to April 12 at 7:30 p.m. in Cary Hall.

DISCUSSION DRAFT REPORTS ON TOWN MEETING ARTICLES 35-38
The Planning Board report under Article 2 and the report on Article 38 Gift of Land will be
presented to Town Meeting on Monday, March 26, 2012. Articles 35-37 reports will be given on
Wednesday, March 28, 2012. The reports were signed by the Planning Board members. The
illustrations to be used for the public presentation were discussed, as well as the assumptions used
for the building renderings by Peter Nobile.

On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to recess to the Town Meeting session in
Cary Hall and to adjourn at its close without an additional vote. The session of Town Meeting
was called to order at 7:30 and adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
