Recap of meeting with Bill Hadley and Dave Cannon(Rick/Keith)
• ACROSS Lexington concept very favorably received,
• Bill Hadley to research and report on procedure for erecting sign posts on public
rights of way,
• Dave Cannon to take a look at the North Street/Adams Street intersection for
recommendations on safe crossing markings and location
Funding materials purchase
• prepare materials budget to forward to Deb Mauger who will inquire of town
sources for funding,
- Keith to prepare budget
- Alex to prepare cover sheet outlining project concept
