1. Approximate amount of money available as of 11/30/09: Income: $25,687.38

2. Human Services:
a. Emily Lavine gave the Human Services report. The Department receives many
requests for help with housing and utilities. Father Colletti will donate some
additional Stop &Shop cards. All of the gift cards for clothing have been distributed.
b. Ratified Poll Vote 4 -0 — Holiday Gift Certificate Program - $3,170.75
c. Ratified Poll Vote 4 -0 — Citizens Academy - $623.80
d. Ratified Poll Vote 4 -0 — Client T - $1,000.00
e. Ratified Poll Vote 4 -0 — Client RM - $300.00
3. Other Issues:
a. Voted 4 -0 to accept gifts in honor of Elaine Dratch to be used for free Lexpress
passes for those in need. To date, $175.00 has been contributed.
b. Voted 4 -0 $2,000 for LHS Landscaping ($4,000 was requested).
4. The minutes of the September 22, 2009 meeting were approved 4 -0.
5. The next meeting will be March 16, 2010.
