Chairman Galaitsis inquired about members' recollection of earlier deliberation and
decision (a few years ago) by the NAC to provide authority to the Chair to convey
the NAC's position on similar filming events without a formal NAC meeting. He will
request minutes of the relevant former meeting to clarify this point for future cases.
The meeting was adjourned at about 9:00 pm.
