Activities
a.) Antony Fundraiser was very successful, raising $9000 which will be added
to a $5000 gift to help fund the exchange activities during the Patriots Day visit.
b.) Map Discussion
Usefulness -key for tourists to locate services they might need & want
Map and key historic places on one side
Categories of Information were discussed and decided (not in order)

Fee $125/ person three are included with our sponsporship
Lunch for 500 giveaways -Tote (Carla &Dawn will explore)
Discussed continuous loop image display Dawn will check with
CTM about the sample one they did for us.
Liberty Ride
Brochure changes - times, dates of operation, # to be printed 75,000
Discussed price change for ad sponsors - increased to $600 each
