Meeting Minutes
Monday, January 11, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

Members Present: Kerry Brandin, John Patrick, Dawn McKenna
Absent: Bebe Fallick, Lou Sideris, Susan Bennett, Mary Jo Bohart, , Carla Fortmann,
Kathleen James, Paul O'Shaughnessy, Selectmen Liaison Peter Kelley
Since there was not a quorum present, no votes could be taken. Informal discussion
covered the following topics:
1. Kerry will contact Paul Kingsford to see if he can help re- design the Lexington ad for
the homepage of bostonusa.com.
2. Dawn had quotes to re -print the Town of Lexington map that ranged from $2100 for
10,000 to $7000 for 50,000 copies. Kerry will contact artist Sheryl White to see if she is
interested in making sketches of the Library and the Liberty Ride.
3. Liberty Ride
a. Ads for bostonusa.com and the printed Official Visitor Guide for Greater Boston
are up for renewal.
b. CTM will be invited to present at the next meeting on electronic ticketing.
c. A poll -vote by email will need to be conducted on the dates and hours of
operation of the Liberty Ride so publicity can get underway.
d. Business at the Concord Visitor Center stop should be tracked prior to a
determination as to whether to maintain that stop.
4. Next meeting will be Monday, February 1, 2010 at 4PM.
