Call to Order:
Zoe Perry Wood called to order at 8:40PM.

Treasurer's Report:

Topics discussed:
• Appropriate placement /display of the sculpture currently stored at the Library
• Presentation of the Dimmock award to a LHS Junior
• Lexington Open Studio reception success
Action Items:
• Chris will look a sculpture and speak with Historic District Commission regarding
appropriate placement and a local sculptor regarding display /stand
• Emily will submit the list of grantees to Minuteman Press and Colonial Times
• Chris will submit calendar of grantee events
Decision:
• Chris Kyle was unanimously approved for the Treasurer position; replacing
Marilyn Kolb who passed in April 2011.
