Present: Jackie Hawkinson; Chris Kyle, Treasurer; Regie Gibson; Emily Passman;

Absent: johnathan Cue
Zoe called the meeting to order: 7:1Spm.
Introductions made; Diamond Hayes welcomed to the council.
Looking for three new LCA members; Jonathan Cueto resign.
Chris made a motion to approve the minutes; Jan seconded. Passed.
Topics Discussed
• Treasurer's Report: Grants unclaimed past the March 2011 deadline for
reimbursement: Boston Camerata, Dan Fox, Master Singers, Quintessential
Brass, John Root (who declined the award), totaling $700.
• 2012 MCC grant funds: $3870
• Some new MCC guidelines discussed, MCC criteria summarized on pp.7 -9.
LCC to Do lists
• LCA Meeting Schedule: Oct. 3; Nov. 14 (Arts & Crafts Society Bldg.); Dec. 12;
Jan. 9, 2012; Feb. 13; March 12; April 9; May 14; Jun 11
• Filipowski sculpture: Chris to follow up
