Agenda Minutes November 14, 2011

Present: Zoe Perry Wood, Cahir; Emily Passman; Jackie Hawkinson; Chris Kyle,
Treasurer; Jan Gopelrud; Diamond Hayes; and Victoria Campos, secretary
Absent: Reggie Gibson;
Zoe called the meeting to order at 7:22pm.
Jackie made a motion to approve Oct. minutes. All in agreement. Minutes approved
Topics Discussed:
• Chris to present Treasurer's Report via email;
• To date: $3870 in MCC funds given to LCA for 2011-12;
• Filipowski sculpture: Proposed site is outside Town Hall to the right of stairs
on the green;
• Lexington's 300th Anniversary to be observed Sept. 2012-May 2 013;
• Preliminary review of 21 grant requests received. In-put summary grant
application information on the LCA website. Distribute grants 3/council
member for presentation at Dec. 12 meeting.
New Business:
• To present grants and vote on amounts to be given;
• Proposal for LCA to purchase lighting for the Piper Gallery;
• Discuss 300th Artist Outreach Project
