We began by presenting the work done since the last meeting. The group critiqued the prototype Powerpoint presentations from Jim, Jane, and Laura. With only a short time to present,too much text is too difficult to process and too many pictures can restrict imagination. We are recommending a concept, so we don't want to define it too rigidly. This adds to what the town offers, it doesn't compete with or remake what already exists. We are planning focus groups to ask questions...are there questions the BoS would like further defined through this mechanism? We created an outline of a presentation. It was agreed that Jim, Betty, Laura and Jane will continue work on the presentation, according to the outline discussed. Tim will modify his drawing to make it more conceptual. Laura will speak to Hank and the Selectmen's office. The meeting adjourned at 9:25 PM.
