MINUTES S 21. 2011
AMe mbers present - David Williams, chairman, Ne ll walker, Brian Kelley Parker Hirtle and
Lynne Wilson
The chairman opened the meeting at 735 pin. The meeting was held in the Ellen Stone Room
at Cary Hall.
Nell walker reported on the storm damage. There were holes in both the podium and boardwalk'
from downed trees. Brian Kelley kindly offered to check and repair these problems. Foti will be on
site to clear downed trees and piles of brush as soon as possible. H e wlII chop what he collects for u s.
She said that she would like to add plugs of flowering plants near the Lee Memorial. Also, she told the
group that both Josh and Liz and still working part -time. The sou rwood tree which as been i n for two
years in under stress.
There was co nce rn about the cocntin u ing issue with erosion near the Ll n oIn Street e ntra nee. David
said that Lsir will again fix it.
Bathrooms — Brian told the group that the paperwork still had not been signed. The Lions Club
Treasurer will oversee the project.
Dog issues — We continue. to have pro bl rns with dogs that are off leash a rid owners who do riot
clean up after their dogs. David has tallied to Don Mahoney of Hayden who will bring it to his Board.
We will consider insta I I i ng signs o n Hayde n lard with rules four use with dogs.
