Written statements from both managers will be secured for files. ➢ Parking lot area was evaluated by Gail and drivers and found adequate for bus. ➢ Pilot program will commence for several runs per day and upon rider request. Lexpress Shuttle from Historical Society to Munroe Tavern for Elderhostel Programs ➢ Senior rate would apply and could be paid in advance for tickets marked with "S." Arrangements through Lexington Historical Society. Lexpress Advanced Start Times ➢ School bus rates for next year will remain the same. High demand for Lexpress annual passes is projected based on inquiries to date. ➢ Advancing start time by 5, 10 to max of 15 minutes to be considered to guard against need to adjust schedule as this year. ➢ Second routes of the day could be rescheduled to eliminate current gap after LHS runs. ➢ No dialogue seen between the Town and School in addressing cost disparity between the unsubsidized school bus and subsidized Lexpress. Hank will be asked to address the issue that generated significant public concern last September. ➢ Lexpress duplicating town service (school bus) for first runs into LHS was raised. ➢ Gail and Joanne Tringale, school bus coordinator, have discussed AM school bus pass with the option of PM Lexpress pass. At this date, not realistic for next school year. Lexpress General Pass Cost Increase ➢ Increasing annual General pass by $50 to be considered especially in light of escalating fuel costs. Gail will confirm current pass counts and projected revenue.
