Review August 6th, 2003 Minutes no quorum to vote minutes 2. Commission Status Update —Victoria Buckley The Selectmen are voting the status of the Commission on September 8` Nine of the 10 applicants will be appointed. The number is curtailed to 9 due to statute; but we are encouraging any interested community members to attend future Commission meetings and activities. The Commission is subject to open meeting laws; and community input is critical to its success. Development Review Team Update — Victoria Buckley As part of the Committee's effort to build awareness in different aspect of town governance; Victoria has been trying to attend at least one of the Development Review Team meeting a month. Since the time of our last meeting, however, there has been no formal meeting for her to attend. Transportation Advisory Committee Victoria continues to be in communication with the Transportation Committee about sustaining Lexpress in Lexington. Flyer about the new route and the Liberty Ride were disseminated. Enablement Committee Web Page Michael was unable to attend the meeting to speak to the possible directions for web page development, but we offered some suggestions on a course of action. Heather will draft a sample page that contains information about linkage to State and Federal resources. Lexfest Lexfest is scheduled for September 10 Victoria will send out an email to determine if there is interest in manning a booth. Harrington School: Jennifer & Len were able to review and mark`'up` the Harrington plans, forwarding them on to the Permanent Building Committee. '.
