Meeting Minutes for the Ad Hoc Busa Subcommittee of the Lexington Housing
Partnership

Location: Hancock Church Library, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The group reviewed and discussed the Busa Land Use Committee meetings to date.
Janet explained the desires of the LexFarm group in terms of housing. The group
discussed the pros and cons of this approach, including the importance of being
consistent with fair housing laws.
The group discussed other aspects of housing on the Busa site including access,
height, design, connection to farming activities, and green construction.
One group member felt strongly that LHP continue to advocate for recreation uses on the
site. The group discussed a variety of options to present to the BLUPC in anticipation of
their recommendations in the coming months.
