Minutes for December 15, 2010
Present: William Hays, David Eagle, Gerald Howell, Bill Kennedy, Martha Wood, Lester Savage

Meeting Minutes: The minutes from November’s meeting were approved as read. Bill Kennedy

The Treasurers Report was approved as read. Martha Wood motioned, Lester Savage 2,
motion accepted.
Updates on Leases: We are waiting for approval from DHCD on the leases that will be used for
454 Marrett Rd and 42 Emerson Gardens.
CPC : Bill Hays attended a meeting given by CPC, the topic was set aside funds. He explained to
the board the details of this process. He and Pat Nelson will work on a presentation following
the guidelines discussed at the meeting.
Update Muzzey Windows. Dave Eagle spoke with board members and gave them an update on
his meetings regarding the new windows at Muzzey. He is looking to get a final quote on the
cost associated with the installation.
Leary Farm: Lester Savage updated the board about the discussions on the Leary farm project.
He said that funds between $2000.00-$3000.00 were needed to study the wetlands, and so
upon motion and seconded, it was unanimously voted by roll call for Lexhab to provide the
funding necessary for the wetland study.
Busa Farm: Bill Kennedy attended the meeting on the Busa Land and reported back to the
board. He gave a description of the three proposal before the committee and explained them in
detail.

Event for Don Wilson: The board has decided on January 5 for the date of the dinner and has
elected to go to The Colonial INN in Concord. Maryann will make the arrangements and send
out invitations.
Another discussion was whether or not to join several towns in an effort to monitor affordable
housing, new acquisitions, track existing options like (Kahatadin woods). The five towns would
consist of Bedford, Concord, Westin, Lincoln, and Lexington. There would be a cost associated
with this type of program. The board will continue discussions on this topic.
