Minutes for November 17, 2010
Present: David Eagle, Lester Savage, Martha Wood, Bill Kennedy and Pat Nelson Attorney for
LEXHAB.
Not Present: William Hays, Gerry Howell
Meeting Minutes from October 17, 2010 were read and approved. Motion by Dave Eagle and
second by Martha Wood, motion passed.
Treasurers Report was discussed and approved. Martha motioned and Lester Savage seconded.
Mr. Eagle gave the board a copy of the auditor’s report (financial report 2009) and explained
the report.
Don Wilson Event: The members of the board discussed what type of event they should have
for Mr. Wilson; they are planning something for the beginning of January. We are looking into
having it at a restaurant in the area.
Muzzey Window Project: Mr. Eagle reported that he is looking into a new quote from the
Anderson representative due to the fact that we should be tax exempt. He stated that the
installation company is not a part of Anderson that they are subbed out. He is researching all
information so that the board has up to date information.
Mr. Eagle also suggested that the board consider having the students at Minuteman build sheds
for some of our houses. The sheds will be assembled on site and the cost is for stock only. Pat
Nelson is going to research the plot plans on the properties, to see if we can install sheds.
Busa Farms Update: Lester Savage attended the meeting and explained in detail the 3 projects
that were submitted to the committee. The board discussed the projects presented.
Leary Farm Update: Les Savage went to the Leary Farm Neighborhood Meeting and reported
the concerns of the abutting neighbors to the board; he went over what the committee wants
to do with the existing house on the property, and how the aesthetics of the property are very
important to the neighbors.
Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday December 15, 2010
