Meeting Minutes for April 8, 2010
Present: William Hays, David Eagle, Gerald Howell, Bill Kennedy, Lester Savage, Patricia Nelson
Not Present: Martha Wood, Don Wilson
Minutes: The February 24 meeting minutes were approved as read. Gerry moved to accept, Dave
seconded, so voted.
Treasurer’s Report: Approved as read
300 Woburn St: The insulation is done and inspected. The kitchen cabinets are being delivered, Blue
board to be done on Saturday the 10 of April. The boiler was fired up and works. Landscape still needs to
be done.
1001-1003 Mass Ave: As of today the interior of both units are completed. It looks great. The outside
needs to be painted and we need to add a few bushes out front.
454 Marrett Rd: The kitchen cabinets have been delivered; water service has been replaced, electric
done, floors done. We are getting there.
Housing Authority: The information sessions were held in March, and few people took advantage of the
information session. As of today they have around 12 applications returned. The deadline for returning
the applications is May 7, 2010.
Leary Project: The condition report has been completed. A copy of the report is on file in the LEXHAB
office.
CPA Funds: 454 Marrett Rd and 142 Emerson Gardens were approved by the town for the use of CPA
funds.
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted by roll call to go into executive
session to discuss a matter with no intent to return to open session.
