Present: William Hays, Donald Wilson, David Eagle, Gerald Howell, Lester Savage, also present
was Patricia Nelson counsel for LEXHAB. Not present was Martha Wood, Bill Kennedy

Meeting Minutes: Approved as read. Dave motioned and Don 2.
The Treasurers report: The report was approved as read. Gerry did review the profit and Loss
for 2009
DHCD: Has approved the marketing plan, we still have 1 question to address, which is to add a
rider that gives LEXHAB the ability to set a minimum rent requirement. The Lexington housing
authority will do all the advertising, maintain the list and accept applications for the 6 new
houses.
Houses Update: Dave updated the board on the progress of work being done on the following
454 Marrett Rd: Moving along, cabinets ordered, plastering done, wiring complete.
300 Woburn Street: Siding still needs to be done, heating baseboards are complete, plumbing
is done, and kitchen cabinets pick out and ordered.
1001-1003 Mass Ave: Windows are being installed along with the trim.
Leary Project: The town hired a firm to do a survey of the land. Study is due back shortly. The
partnership suggested having Souzaki to design houses for that site.
Office Lease Renewal: Lester Savage agreed to call Jeff Goldberg to discuss the renewal
options. The new lease has a rent change of $60.00 which seemed a bit high to the board.
Annual Elections: Bill stated that Martha Wood and Don Wilson have agreed to chair the
nominating committee.
