There was some discussion about the set up of the model, which criteria include proposal is clearly stated(i.e. youth emphasis),proposal reflects connections and collaboration with community(i.e collaborations documented), budget is detailed (i.e budget does not compete with existing programs/requests) The group felt the sub-headings under criteria were inline with our mission and met community needs without redundancy Bill C proposed a time line for success with possible progress evaluations. Some changes regarding structure were going to be made by Jennifer and brought back to the group for further discussion. -There was also discussion about other community groups working independently It was unanimous to have these groups meet with us and share their goals in an effort to streamline youth services and have them work with our group as sub-committees A formal invitation was going to be sent to CPY to meet with us and discuss their strategies and goals. -Amy and Bill gave a mental health task force update.
