Present: Mary Jo Bohart, Richard Canale, Chuck French, Dawn McKenna, John Ott, Lou Sideris.
Staff: Masha Traber. Selectmen: Liaison Richard Pagett. Guest: Jane Pagett, Bill Bunce
Absent: Kerry Brandin, Bebe Fallick, Paul O'Shaughnessy, Bill Scouler
Bill Bunce, manager of the Lexington Sheraton Inn gave an overview of the proposal
they will bring to Town Meeting for rezoning the site to allow two hotels to be built on
the site.
Committee members were supportive of the development in general but expressed
reservations about the design of the building.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 5:00 PM.
