map48 Lot 170A: Patrick Goddard, Lexington Public Facilities,
updated the commission on developing a maintenance plans for this property. The first step in
this plan is to have a basic Historic Structures Report completed. The facilities department is
applying for Community Preservation Act funds to pay for this report.

map48 lot276: Sarah Springer-Kotelnikov, representing, Muzzey
Condominium Association, presented the draft of window policy for entire building.
