Associate Commissioner Marilyn Fenollosa, PETITIONS HEARD: FORMAL HEARINGS There were no Formal Hearings CONTINUED HEARINGS 33 Forest Street map49 lot164B:Scott Robins, SAR Development, representing Hancock Clarke Condominium Association, received approval for exterior architectural change (Windows & Skylights) Certificate No. 2010C-1 Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg and Scott Kyle INFORMALS 1575 Massachusetts Avenue: map48 Lot 170A: Patrick Goddard, Lexington Public Facilities, updated the commission on developing a maintenance plans for this property. The first step in this plan is to have a basic Historic Structures Report completed. The facilities department is applying for Community Preservation Act funds to pay for this report. 1475 Massachusetts Avenue map48 lot276: Sarah Springer-Kotelnikov, representing, Muzzey Condominium Association, presented the draft of window policy for entire building.
