Certificate No. 2009C-69 Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, Daniel Griffin, Paul Ross and Robert Warshawer 1997-1977 Massachusetts Ave map 57 lot 9A: Bernard Lannquist, representing, St. Brigid’s Church received approval for signage. Joseph Welch recused himself from this hearing Traffic Island Signs : David Pinsonneault was continued for signage on traffic islands. The commission wants to see an exact mock up. This hearing was continued until December 2009 per. Request of applicant. 19 Hancock Street map 56 lot 54: Pricilla Jane Dwyer, WM Ravies Real Estate, representing Jack Glassman; requested to be continued until the December, 2009 Hearing. INFORMALS 15 Depot Square map 49 lot 9: Remax, to present Signage did not attend 4 Grant Street map 48 lot 104:Louis D’Angelo, Oak Roofing, representing, National Grid Energy Services,presented plans for Exterior Architectural Change. They are ready for a formal hearing in December 15 Hancock Street : map 56 lot 56David & Patricia Nelson did not stay 1580 & 1598 Massachusetts Avenue: map 48 lots 18A & 19Scott Armstrong, First Baptist Church of Lexington presented plans for a shed, graspable railings, fence addition, and lighting. They are ready for a formal hearing in December.
