Certificate No. 2009C-80 Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, Daniel Griffin, Paul Ross and Robert Warshawer 1580 Massachusetts Avenue: map 48 lots 18AScott Armstrong, First Baptist Church of Lexington received approval for Exterior Architectural Changes (graspable railings, and lighting). The commission liked what they saw so far and Mr. Yu will continue with the process. 33 Forest Street map49 lot164B:Scott Robins, SAR Development, representing Hancock Clarke Condominium Association, presented ideas for windows. They will look into all options before coming formally for the windows. 19 Hancock Street map 56 lot 54: Laura Propis, prospective buyer presented ideas for windows and other changes. 1709 Massachusetts Avenue map48 lot 101 : Kevin Latady, representing 1709 Massachusetts Ave LLC, presented plans for Exterior Architectural Change (replacing stairs).
