Mr. Scull is planning on restoring the windows in his unit. 1332 Massachusetts Avenue map39 lot5: Susan Bennett, presented plans for exterior work to the Munroe Tavern 33 Forest Street map49 lot164B: Scott Robins, representing Hancock Clarke Condominium Association discussed ideas for rebuilding. 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 Minutes of September 2, 2009 OTHER BUSINESS Microfilming and digitization of important documents for preservation: In order to be eligible for Community Preservation Act funds to Microfilm and Digitize documents of the Historic District Commission, a vote must be taken Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 that the files held by the Historic District Commission are ‘Historic Resources’ Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, and Robert Warshawer and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to approve the minutes of August 6, 2009 Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to adjourn the meeting at 11:30 PM 1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420
