Microfilming and digitization of important documents for preservation:
In order to be eligible for Community Preservation Act funds to Microfilm and Digitize
documents of the Historic District Commission, a vote must be taken
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 that the files held by the Historic District
Commission are ‘Historic Resources’
Voting Commissioners were: Chairman, Joseph Welch, Alfonso Hernandez, and Robert
Warshawer and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to approve the minutes of August 6, 2009
