structure. The Hobbs’s requested a formal hearing however, due to clerical error it was not
advertised. A formal hearing will occur on August 27, 2009 at 7:30 pm

presented idea of moving the house to another location within one the Lexington Historic
Districts. Mr. Carroll will continue to look into this option and return to the commission when
he has more information.

Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted 5-0 to approve the minutes of July 2, 2009
