Certificate No. 2009C-46 Voting Commissioners were: Acting Chairman Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa 1949 Massachusetts Avenue : map 57 lot 6Denis Tremblay received approval for exterior architectural change (left side rear fence). CONTINUED HEARINGS 6 Parker Street map 49 lot 107: Peter Kelley, representing, Brian Kelley, received approval for exterior architectural change (Roofing). Certificate No. 2009C-51 Voting Commissioners were: Acting Chairman Daniel Griffin Jr., Paul Ross, and Robert Warshawer and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Marilyn Fenollosa INFORMALS 17 Depot Square map 49 lot 9: Lakshmi Kona, did not attend the hearing for signage. 1998 Massachusetts Avenue map 49 lot 178: Jeanne Hobbs presented plans for temporary play structure. The Hobbs’s requested a formal hearing however, due to clerical error it was not advertised. A formal hearing will occur on August 27, 2009 at 7:30 pm 1989-1993 MassachusettsAvenue map57 lot 9B: Patrick Carroll, R.P. Carroll Construction, presented idea of moving the house to another location within one the Lexington Historic Districts. Mr. Carroll will continue to look into this option and return to the commission when he has more information. 16 Tavern Lane map 39 lot 7: Paul Mahoney, representing Anthony Busa, presented plans for demolishing and rebuilding this home.
